Candy farm

candy farm

The Candy Farm is a Theme Farm Event that appears randomly and lasts for about 30 days. After the event is over, the Candy Farm will disappear and all of the work you have done will be erased. When the Candy Farm appears again, you will have to start over from the beginning.

The layout of the Candy Farm is different from all of the other farms. Instead of 5×5 land layout, it has a 3×5 layout at the bottom with a 2×5 layout extension on the left side.

Donate candy to earn progress points. The Enchanting Candy Palace automatically upgrades as you reach certain levels of total progress points. After completing levels 5, 10, and 15, you win an event decoration for your main farms. Only levels 5,10, and 15 total progress points are listed for you by the palace. The other total progress points needed for each level is estimated in the following table. You must keep track of your total progress points to know exactly how many you have, but the progress point meter in the Enchanting Candy Palace will help you estimate how close you are to the next level.

Tips:

– Build only 1 Sweet Cherry Orchard and 1 Sweet Almond Orchard

– Upgrade the Candy Caravan early since it provides workers without lowering happiness and reduces the building time of other buildings

– Fields, Orchards, and Alpaca Pens produce close to double the amount with each upgrade except for Pasture Grass from fields. Upgrade before buying more Level 1 buildings

– If you have multiple fields growing different things while you are away from the farm, grow Pasture Grass on the lowest Level field you have since the upgraded fields do not provide as much increased production

– Select your upgrades by how long they take. Make quick upgrades while you are active on the farm and longer timed upgrades while you are away.

Morticia

Hi, I’m Morticia, 45yo female from Finland. I have two little girls and I’m a stay home mom untill the end of July.  After that I have to return to work, don’t know yet where but nurses don’t have problems finding jobs here.

I love knitting, music (80’s is my favourite), kettlebell workout and gardening.

I’m online almost all the time but not necessarily behind my computer, family keeps me busy.

New Co-op Blog!

Welcome to the new blog! There’s only a little bit up to start, but please take a look around to see what’s here 🙂

There are sections up for tips, information about Big Farm updates, and co-op members’ bios.  If you’d like to let the group know a little bit about yourself, there are two ways you can get a post up.  You can send a message to jt123 in-game with what you’d like to say and she’ll post it for you.  Or, if you’d like to be able to post other things to this site, you can make your own wordpress account, let jt123 know, and you’ll be given access to post on the site for yourself 🙂

Any suggestions for content are welcome! If you have any tips for game-play that you’d like to share, pass them along as well!

Thanks for taking the time to read this 🙂

I’m female, 29, and I live in Quebec, Canada. I’ve got three small children, and I’m at home with them all day. There are times I may appear online, but I’m actually off blowing bubbles or (more likely) keeping the wrestling matches to a minimum.

My guilty pleasure is watching crime dramas on TV, my husband thinks they’re terrible but I love me some Law & Order 🙂

Save Piggles!

“Gettin’ good players is easy. Gettin’ ’em to play daily, participate in projects and researches, pay weekly fee: free amount of dollars, 10 x gold / week & water everyones co-op tree every day (gives us more collectibles) is the hard part.

Running Costs

Running costs are the farm dollars you have to spend to keep your farm running. Keeping your happiness meter in the green will keep these costs down, and your profits up. To ensure you’re making the most of your farms, try to balance your production facilities with enough decorations to keep your meter well in the green. If you’re still building your farms, a reasonable goal could be to keep running costs around -70%.  Once your farm is big enough, it’s not too hard to get it to -90%. If you use gold, you can get even better results I’m sure 🙂
